В общих чертах. Ни скорость Ли с грузами, ни скорость Саске в бою с ним, неизвестны. Зато известно, что такой Ли быстрее такого Саске) В манге даже специально для таких как ты уточняется, что неважно, что Саске может видеть и читать его движения. Удары Ли были достаточно прямолинейны и читаемы, чтобы можно был уклониться/заблокировать при сопоставимой скорости.
В общих чертах известно что без грузов скорость 4.0, и судя по визуальной разнице(тут конечно имхо), между тем что было с грузами и без них, там разница в 1.0 балл, а не 0.5. Касательно Саске, то он на тот момент уже сливал на скорости 10 Мизубуншинов Забузы и подрался с Хаку, который на чистой скорости блочит Райкири Какаши(да, да, я знаю что он поддавался, но не настолько же)) ) И нет, Ли не говорит о том что его скорость выше, это ты уже сам додумываешь) Ли говорит о том что скорость Саске недостаточная для того что б противостоять его тайдзцу)

This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful jutsu like Front Lotus and so forth. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty, and by the looks of things, those among the genin-class who can manage a flawless use of this high-grade taijutsu would be the likes of Lee, Sasuke or Neji.

The first blow is parried. But the lion bares his fangs, one after another…!
The strength from the assaults generate a high-speed fall, that strikes together with the final blow!!

Вырвал фразу из контекста, молодец. А еще Ли говорит что глаза Саске видят атаки, но тело слишком слабое чтобы успевать. И никак иначе, как разница в статах, это не интерпретировать.

А я такое утверждал? Что ж, буду знать) Любая рукопашка в наруте - тайдзюцу. Но какими бы навыками ты не обладал, выше максимальной скорости, которое способно развить тело, ты не достигнешь. И вот Ли говорит, что тело Саске недостаточно натренировано чтобы тягаться с ним, хоть он и видит его движения. видит атаки > реагирует на атаки > слабое тело > тело не успевает за атаками. Неужели это так сложно?

Не сложно, только атаки Ли это комбинация навыков тайдзюцу + скорость, а не тупо скорость без тайдзюцу, это именно то что пытался донести)
